It pulls syrupy shots with an easy sweetness that stands up beautifully in milk while staying smooth on its own.

Roasted on the darker side, this coffee emphasizes bittersweet chocolate and toasted sugars while softening sharp acidity; medium-to-dark development also tends to extract more easily than very light roasts, helping you hit that sweet, syrupy shot window. Fresh beans bring a generous crema thanks to retained CO₂.
