Built from the highlands of Southeast Asia—think Indonesia’s volcanic archipelago, Thailand’s northern mountains, and Laos’s Bolaven Plateau—this blend celebrates the region’s signature cup: herbal, spice-tinged aromatics with a satisfyingly heavy body. Indonesian components contribute earthy/cedar-herbal weight, while clean, fully washed lots from Laos and Thailand add structure and sweetness for a smooth, consistent brew. 

You’ll taste deep herbal notes, cocoa, and gentle spice, anchored by low-to-medium acidity—an excellent choice for a hot, comfort-forward mug. Many farms here hand-pick and wash coffee at cooperative mills, sun-drying on patios or raised beds; more producers now use water-saving equipment and better wastewater treatment, making washed processing increasingly environment-conscious in these origins.
