House Blend

Our House Blend is a seasonally rotating pairing of high-elevation lots from Central and South America—think the volcanic highlands of Central America and the Andean foothills—crafted for a cup that’s smooth, clean, and reliably delicious. At altitude, slower cherry development builds a gentle, bright acidity that reads as mild citrus and a crisp finish. 

To keep the profile balanced day after day, we combine washed coffees for clarity with naturally sun-dried lots for round sweetness and chocolate-nut depth—exactly the notes you’ll taste here: sweet cocoa, roasted nuts, and a lift of citrus. 

Sustainability matters, too: sun-drying (natural/dry process) uses far less water than fully washed methods, and shade-grown agroforestry systems common in the region support bird and pollinator biodiversity—good for the rainforests and the creatures that live there.
