Shade-grown lots from Central America’s cloud forests and the Andean foothills bordering the Amazon come together in a cup that’s full-flavored yet clean: nutty sweetness, gentle cocoa, and a mild fruit brightness with a crisp finish. 

Grown in mineral-rich volcanic soils and at high elevations that slow cherry ripening, these coffees develop balanced acidity and round sweetness—traits Latin America is famous for. 

To keep the profile consistent year-round, we blend washed and naturally sun-dried components: washed coffees add clarity; naturals contribute body and chocolate-nut depth. Sun-drying on patios or raised beds typically takes about a week for washed lots in good weather. 

We also prioritize eco-smart practices—shade agroforestry supports biodiversity, and responsible washed processing treats wastewater before release to protect streams and communities.
